Russian firms are forced to search for paths of industrial costs cutting down. Today,
according to statements of the Russian Federation Government heads, the stage
of an output from an economic crisis has not started yet. Thereupon it is
especially important to undertake active operations on rise of productions
efficiency at the internal spares expense. By application of maintenance
service and repair (MS&R) automation probably reaching of following
effects:
Rise of productivity MS&R
to 55 %;
Reductionofcapitalexpenses to 90 %;
Abbreviation of expenses for
maintenance to 40 %;
Increase in a share of planned
repairs to 78 %.
The
enterprise idea of collective creation on development, sale and support software
in MS&R sphere in Volgograd
region has arisen in 2003. The main initiator of the project is head of a CAD
VSTU V. A. Kamaev. The enterprise idea of the project consists in reception of
profit at the expense of creation and software products distribution to
automation in MS&R of the equipment and the organizations that completely
meets long-term requirements of the state and locale.
Company
"ARMSoft" was found in 2007 for the purpose of software products
creation, first of all on automation of tasks in sphere MS&R. Initiators of
the project have experience in creation, implantation, distribution and
software product maintenance for maintenance service and repair support, and
also other software products. Lately support by Fund of assistance to small
forms of firms development in scientific and technical sphere (within the
limits of sowing financing under the program START) has been received. ARMSoft
took part in the program START by a variant of engaging of the investor. A
necessary condition of continuation of financing from the state budget under
the program is engaging of the investor. In 2008 contract between ARMSoft Company
and Volgogradservice Company on creation and distribution of software product
for maintenance service and repair support are defined was established.
ARMSoft Company
is the legal owner of two state registration certificates of the computer
program («the Automated system of forecasting and planning of the equipment
service», registration №2007613560, and «System of line fault services
automation», №2008614334, ASTOR).
The ASTOR system
is intended for operation of line fault services automation and as to
automation of operation of the contract organizations which are engaged in
repairs and various equipment services. The given system is calculated for
complex automation of all process of maintenance service and repairs (MS&R)
and covers following directions:
Firm structure management;
Person resources management;
Warehouse stores management;
Materials/equipments purchases
management;
Scheduling management;
Control of operations fulfillment
management;
Document flow management;
Unified help system support.
For today
the system ASTOR has not had time to capture all declared directions yet. The
considerable part of units is in a complete stage, and the system can work
autonomously, with the subsequent connection of additional units. At system
designing as client applications interaction possibility of contract organizations
system and client applications of customers system was put.
ASTOR – the
completed software product for automation of the maintenance service and
equipment repair organization process. The system automates process of
operations scheduling on MS&R and the control of its fulfillment. The
system for performance of the given task mentions: information management about
firms structure as customer and the operations performer; handle of warehouse
stores; creation of operations schedules documents and handle of uniform help
system. Each of help subsystems of system ASTOR is full-function and
independent, can separately be used and in the complex with the base unit
ASTOR.
The main
efficiency of operations scheduling process automation is provided for the
score of the knowledge stored usage in the system operation course. The system
allows operating with already ready operations, using thus the actual data
about its components. Such approach reduces to a minimum operation of the
industrial employee department on search of similar operations and periodicity
of their carrying out, by inquiries in other departments about urgency of the
information available for them and is direct on compilation of the operations
schedule document and it’s formatting.
Potential
consumers of software product on automation MS&R are firms and the organizations
possessing any park of the equipment which is necessary for supporting in an up
state.
